My husband and I had a very nice stay while visiting Georgetown and the Keeneland Racetrack. This is an older property, but it has been very well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the hot breakfast was excellent. The location was excellent. Cattleman's Roadhouse is within walking distance and is a very good restaurant. We would stay here again.

Within two hours of checking in we immediately checked out and stayed somewhere else because we found mold, mildew, rust and bugs in our room. A/C and fridge did not work and the floor and beds were damp. Also the drain plug in the bathtub did not work. We have a child who is autistic and is very sensitive to airborne allergens so we did not feel safe and will not be returning

Staff pleasant, beds weren't comfy
The staff was very pleasant, Breakfast was good. I did like they had coffee, hot tea available 24/7 ever night they had popcorn, cookies. The hottub need to be fix , the area around hot tub need clean it smell like mold .

Found 3 living roaches in my room, dirt all over the floor , piles of hairs in the bathroom , clearly not been swept or mopped . Blankets doesnt smell fresh , tub was dirty. Asked for extra towls twice never received . Unfriendly rude staff . Unpleasant stay unfortunately

This place was a pit. Everything is old, worn outand shabby. It badly needs a makeover. The staff did their best but nothing they could say or do would improve a shopworn

The property was very clean, breakfast was good. The staff didn’t go out of their way to be friendly, not unfriendly, just not friendly. Didn’t feel like they appreciated us choosing them over other options, so many good options in that area, just not available for our trip. Would probably stay there again, but not in our top five choices.

Nice and convenient area. Clean room, staff nice. Didn’t use the gym or pool facilities. Had pop corn and fresh baked cookies one evening. Really nice! Nice selection for the breakfast. Didn’t get my receipt emailed to me as promised though!

Check in easy, Staff friendly & accommodating. Breakfast good. Cookies & popcorn every night. Pool was nice.
