No good first impression. Main door into the lobby has the lock broken off. Very poor lobby appearance. Room was clean. Tub and toilet room is very tiny. NO HOT WATER. Although the room was booked well in advance, i was given the room right next to a soda machine and just few feet from the elevator, also on the noisy highway traffic side of the building. I booked this room for people i couldn't host at my place. I will not use this hotel for future guests.
