I was gravely ill needing help by staff just to get my suitcases down to the lobby so I can get into transportation to get me home safely and they refused me and I had to spend a night in that hotel from hell

The guy checking us in was friendly. The room was clean but the bed frames were metal with a metal outskirt that sounded like a tin roof floppping when you got on the bed. Could not breathe in the hallway for the smell of ****.

The staff was not friendly. The room was Spartan--nothing on the walls, minimal furniture, draperies were falling off the rod. The room reeked of the small of pine cleaner. In addition, the towels and bath mat were stained. The entire facility looked desolate. I would not stay there again. It's the worst hotel/motel in which I've stayed.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. It was absolutely disgusting. The room smelled like smoke. It didn’t feel clean. There were dogs barking. People loitering in the parking lot. We ended up leaving and staying someone where because the room was that bad. We asked for a refund and we were denied. We were only jn the room for about 10 minutes before leaving. And they said we were in the room for too long. Or some random excuse. Do not stay here. You’re better off sleeping in your car than this place. Honestly surprised it’s allowed to be open.
