The facility is very basic. I had to hunt for outlets for charging. There was quite a lot of road noise from outside. The facility was very difficult to find at night coming from the north. The road was dark with no sign for the hotel and the hotel was not visible from that direction. We went over a mile out of our way and came back from the other direction to find it.

Large Stains on couch, and window seat. Ice bucket was dirty with popcorn kernels.

It was a clean room and well stocked. The front desk person acted like it was the biggest imposition of her life to get up out of her chair in the office and come over to the window and ask me for my ID. When I gave it to her She didn't explain what she was doing and then she handed me a paper and told me to sign. I didn't have my glasses on so I couldn't read it and she told me just to sign it so I did. Insulin. Never made eye contact. I don't expect a smile but I expect pleasantness. I was tired and I just didn't need that. If I had been upper management I would have fired her on the spot.

首先，我支付的是特大床房，前台女士却试图给我们安排一间大床房。然后晚上8点，我们楼上的孩子们在房间里跑来跑去，跺脚长达一个小时。脏兮兮的地毯让我们俩都出现了严重的过敏和哮喘，房间里弥漫着霉味。第二天早上6点，孩子们又跑又跺脚，我不得不打电话给前台反映。30分钟后，孩子们终于停了下来，但之后我们只能忍受孩子们起床，大声哭闹了一个多小时。房间里的气味和楼上房间的噪音让我们无法安心休息。非常糟糕的体验，再也不去了。我们俩都病了好几天。
