Front desk person was quick and very nice. Our room was clean and had what we needed. Bed was comfortable.

There was a lot of noise from the upstairs rooms. That's why I'm not a fan of multiple floor cheap hotels. That was also people fighting or something it was pretty loud.

The first room we were given had what looked to be little black dead bugs on the pillows and head sheets. They were very good about giving us a different room which was clean and comfortable.

The room wasn't clean. One bed had been slept in, trash was in the waste bins and single use items had been opened. There was a large blood stain on the mattress protector. Housekeeping disregarded my preferred check-out time and tried to barge in almost immediately after knocking on my door. The free breakfast was a joke. They don't even pretend to care about the guest experience.

The property is well kept and the staff is very friendly. The area is quiet and though not isolated, there are no restaurants or shops really close by but there are a ton of options about a mile away. I had a mini queen room and like the name of the hotel suggests, the room was really small. Amenities include one small bar of soap, dispensers of body wash, shampoo and conditioner (mounted to the shower wall) and a fairly large bathtub. The bathtub was a pleasant surprise as I do like a soak after a long drive. The room itself was clean and the bed comfy. Breakfast included the usual hotel style scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, apples, bananas, an assortment of muffins, bagels and a waffle machine.
As a basic, no frills hotel, I highly recommend this property. It’s well maintained, clean, friendly and quiet. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
