The manager on duty was so incredibly nice, the other associates were all super helpful and kind. Best experience so far of any hotels we have stayed in since we started in 2023 using *******.

Didn't occupy the hot tub or pool. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. The whole hotel looked like it was well maintained. Would be happy to stay again

Room was clean and had what we needed. The staff was friendly and provided us with everything we requested. The WiFi was spotty for our room and kept cutting off. Other than that, no issues.

The staff was friendly; however, my room had a broken ironing board, a shower that wouldn’t shut off and dripped all night keeping me awake, and the lobby’s televisions were not working.

令人无法接受的安全漏洞——不会再来
这是我们第二次入住这家酒店，也绝对是最后一次。
晚上10点多，我和孩子们正在睡觉，有人闯进了我们的房间——前台把我们的房间号和钥匙误给了另一位客人。这不仅令人震惊，而且极其不安全。
我立即尝试致电前台，但无人接听。当我亲自去找前台服务员时，他也没有解释事情的缘由。
第二天早上，我和经理谈了谈，她态度傲慢，不屑一顾。她竟然让我帮他们找出问题所在，说他们“需要一个新的钥匙系统”，并声称我们“应该住在411房间”（我们当时住在211房间）。在我不断追问之后，她终于道歉了，但她试图淡化此事，说这只是一个“失误”，前台服务员“翻看钥匙，给了错的钥匙”。这根本说不通——我已经提前办理了入住手续，钥匙和入住文件也都准备好了。什么都没翻。
除了这起严重的安全漏洞之外，泳池区也很不安全——周围的瓷砖非常滑，很危险，尤其是对儿童来说。我们第一次去的时候，一对无家可归的夫妇在商务区玩公共电脑玩了好几个小时，让这里感觉很不舒服，而且没有人看管。
房子本身还可以，但这次事件之后，我不再觉得这里安全或专业了。
总体住宿体验“还行”
前两晚糟透了。噪音很大，摔门声不断，还有婴儿的尖叫和哭闹声。前台很热心，帮我们换了新楼层的房间，但那里的客人非常粗鲁无礼，不体谅我们。可能是酒店所在区域的问题，不太确定。早餐时间是早上6点到9点，这很令人失望，毕竟我们正在度假，没必要天刚亮就起床。我在其他酒店通常早上7点到10点就到了，这可要方便多了。我想我不会再住这里了。
员工很友好。房间很冷。泳池很棒。我没有订到大床套房。浴室很脏——洗手台上粘着黑色黏糊糊的东西，马桶很脏，淋浴也很糟糕。淋浴喷头和玻璃门上满是霉点。连上厕所都要彻底清洁。拒绝在那里洗澡。我们尽快退房了。
