We enjoyed our stay at La Quinta Inn and Suites. It is easy to access, right off the I-75. It was clean and staff were courteous. It is in need of some modernizing/updating but there was a sign in the elevator that they have plans to do so. We have stayed here several times previously and the only disappointment was the included breakfast - very little selection, poor quality and missing the usual basic food items.

Check in seemed like it was a pain for the desk clerk. We arrived at 8:30 p.m. multiple ice machines were not functional on the second and third floor

办理入住时，我们被安排到了错误的房型。我知道错误在所难免，但当我向前台出示五月份的预订确认单和付款收据时，收据上清楚地显示我预订的是双床房，他却不但没有立即解决问题，反而和我争论起来。
最终，我们被安排到了正确的房间——但没过多久，就有陌生人走了进来，说他们也被安排到了同一个房间。显然，这已经是酒店当天第二次把已经有人住的房间给了客人了。
大约30分钟后，那位前台的男士来到我们的房间，要求查看我的身份证。我确认了我的姓名，甚至还给他看了房卡，上面写着他写的房间号。他试图把我的身份证拿回前台，但我拒绝了。当他要求我写下我的信息时，由于他粗鲁无礼的态度，我拒绝了他的任何帮助。此时，这件事已经耽误了我们的时间，导致我们错过了预定的活动。
当晚我们筋疲力尽地回到酒店时，发现房卡已经失效。当时已是午夜，我们不得不再次前往前台。幸好，值夜班的接待员态度友善，并表示歉意，很快就解决了问题。
我毫不怀疑，我们的房卡是被之前那位接待员故意停用的，他处理整个事件的方式极其不专业。他的态度、准备不足以及不愿承担责任，给我们带来了一次糟糕的体验。
房间闻起来像用脏抹布擦过一样，早餐没有牛奶也没有黄油，他们说在等货车送来。以后不会再住这家了。
停车场非常拥挤。早餐与其他提供相同服务的酒店相比并不好。
一切都很好。
