One of the hotel staff members working an early shift told us breakfast was not open yet then turned and asked if we had a room there. Then another worker confirmed and told us the lady who asked if we had a room thought we were homeless and to show our room key if we had a room. No hate towards the person who told us to show our room key but she the front desk lady to ask if I had a room like I look homeless and dirty is the insulting I understand that may be a problem for them having homeless people come and get free breakfast but there 100% is a better way to go about it. She also watched us walk outside to go to our car…when we turned around she had walked to the hallway entrance just watching us as if we were doing something wrong. Everyone else was wonderful other than that the stay was amazing

The room and the bathroom were renovated and clean. The lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good and enough. The location was not directly at the I-75 but in a quiet area with some restaurants close by.

Everyone was nice and it was an okay stay, but a few things bothered me:
-$credit card deposit hold amount and length to refund - too much and too long
-bathroom toilet had hair under back of seat, and show head very flimsy
-tv remote needs a new battery and a few of the channel kept going out
- curtain would not close all the way
- no double lock on the front door - NOT GOOD! Only the door lock.
Again, the people were nice enough and it was okay, but not what I am used to such as a comparison to a HAMPTON.
