Pool area temperature is really cold. Waterslide has zero water pressure. Lady checking was having a bad day and wasn’t very pleasant to our group.

Staff who greeted me was nice until I asked not to be on first floor because the carpets are smelly and worn. I asked for 2nd floor ( where I frequently stay.. it is the floor for business people. After a considerable time she gave me a room that was view to the highway free way bridge with constant noise and stop lights. The tv did not work. I went back to desk and said I wanted another room. The tv doesn’t work either. She can to the room and fixed the tv…. But shortly after she left… it could not be turned off. It stayed on all night. There were very few people in the hotel.. I could have been, better accommodated. I returned from being out and couldn’t get into my room. I had to go to the desk and the nice person gave me a new key. I asked what happened, I’d already been there several days. He apologized. He didn’t know.
I have been there many times, this was not a good stay.

酒店回复: Hello Guest,I am very sorry for not meeting your expectations. The Tv issues, I am not clear on because when I went into the room you were occupied in after you checked out, all I had to do was push the off button on the remote and it turned it off. Maybe you were expecting a sleep mode setting on it? That is usually done manually by anyone in the settings. Regarding room keys, maybe your keys were placed by your cell phone and or credit cards, sometimes it can just be the slightest contact, and they may or may not deactivate, this is not in our control, sorry. I wish you had a better experience with us truly!

First room we stayed in smelled like urine. Moved rooms and the second room smelled like really dirty shoes.

还行。酒店很干净，但感觉一切都很潮湿。我们房间里还留着前一位客人的包。房间里没有肥皂。工作人员态度很好，也表示了歉意。
马桶冲不出来，镜子上全是指纹。床垫里的弹簧一碰就感觉不到。淋浴喷头被硬水碎屑堵住了。糟糕的体验
