Will stay again!
The room was clean and comfortable. I should have asked for a room away from elevator and staff room, woke me earlier each day with drilling happening next door and the elevator chime all the time. Was conveniently near expressway, loved Dove products. Would stay here again, it was 18 minutes from my family.

We could not have been happier with our stay, the staff, room, facilities and the overall hotel - it was great. We were well looked after from the moment we got there, always greeted with a smile when we arrived no matter the time of day/night and the staff were always happy to help whenever we had a query.
You can see the staff have a lot of pride in keeping the hotel looking tip top and making the guests feel comfortable, often you are welcomed with the lovely smell of fresh laundry which made the whole experience feel very homely and as well as the rooms being fully kitted out with everything you need, they also have a food/drink station just in case you ever need anything else.
Shaneque in particular was incredibly hospitable and always more than happy to help, she made our stay feel very comfortable.
It is a shame the area is very dilapidated and can at time feel unsafe if you're an outsider, but this did not reflect on the hotel at all.

Unfortunate
Unfortunately when we arrived our two queen bed suite was not available and only 1 queen bed. Cable wasn’t working on tv. Unacceptable. Not planning on staying at this property in the future.

Tried to charge my card prior to my arrival. When they couldn’t get it to go through they cancelled my reservation. Gave them another card and told I was all set, only to arrive and find out they sold my room to someone else.

Columbus visit
I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room and surroundings were very nice. The only thing that I saw in the room was there was some leftover food in the fridge, but everything else was in great condition

The suite said it could sleep 3. The third bed was just a super hard reclining chair. Had no rollaways. It was so uncomfortable I ended up sleeping on the floor. Strange that the suite didn't have a couch.

Staff was very kind & welcoming. Suite was large, nice kitchenette with fridge and necessary dishes etc. so nice when staying more than a few days to have those amenities. Excellent price for everything provided.

隔音很差，隔壁房间闹腾一夜，我几乎一夜没睡！投诉了三次也没有解决
3点去办理入住。房间还没准备好。他们说5点前能准备好。5点回来的时候房间还没准备好。7点才准备好房间，我们进房间后空调就坏了，我们在空调前面放了一个风扇，这样它就能用了。
