This stay was a disappointment. The room itself was fine, beds were clean, and the kitchen worked properly. But the hotel advertised breakfast and its just coffee and a few snacks. Management was unfriendly and unhelpful. On one of the days we stayed, the coffee creamer ran out and when we asked for more, we were told "there's no more." A few minutes later, someone related to the person behind the counter went for coffee and when it was out of creamer, the hotel associate gave them creamer. We didn't call it out to avoid conflict but it really pissed us off. You only receive good service if you're related to the hotel associates?? The other downside was room service never came by even though we stayed for 3 days. We had to reuse towels and sheets. Wasn't terrible but definitely wouldn't stay again.

The room smelled sooo disgusting I couldn’t wait to leave. The breakfast was a few prewrapped muffins or oatmeal. Room clearly wasn’t cleaned properly. There was a hair band on the floor. Just really gross, low quality. Would never stay there again.

Stains on all of the blankets, sheets and towels. Big red stain on the carpet. Hair in the bathroom. Construction outside was very inconvenient.

Check in was good she was friendly and nice went my room was smoking smell she immediately changed I was there for a weeding so right after I left after night I came to room one the strong odor comes from pillow and bed sheet ! Omg it was 1 am I couldn’t changed room I crashed the night morning I went 7 am to speak with a someone I saw the horrible breakfasts the muffins were wall mushed I died t say anything I took coffee and left saw no one at front door ! Came night after wedding omg again the loitering was terrible no security some loading truck may be movers were on here at front door not very secure as ******* we’re smoking out side the door omg I can’t stay I checked out morning and incited left and count my loss yes it’s a convenient place and price was affordable and noooooo nooooo the pillow the odor the near by people no thank you but stuffs were very friendly and nice

My electricity went out for a good period of day and it was unacceptable took a very long time to get it back on and I was with my finance trying to enjoy a night with privacy and couldn’t. Staff kept coming in and out of the room and eventually hours and hours of trying it worked but then air conditioning didn’t work. I would like a full refund and maybe some credits this is unacceptable and I paid good money to stay there. Very unprofessional and all I wanted was a regular room that I could stay in and get some peace and quiet and couldn’t even do that. My finance ended leaving the room cuz it was unbearable so that was a horrifying night and I will never stay at that hotel again after that experience unless this situation is completely corrected and i am compensated for it I just can’t believed this happened and I spent money to stay there
