This place is very nice and kid& pet friendly the staff is very wonderful and understanding you must stay here and see for yourself

There were several roaches in my room. The night stand had a piece of cardboard inserted to keep the drawer closed. The dresser also had cardboard at each end to keep it from wobbling. Also they only served pork meat for breakfast . The young woman on Tuesday 10/14, in charge of the breakfast kitchen was extremely rude and disrespectful to me for no reason .

we found roaches in the room and at the breakfast bar, we also had to ask for a new blanket since the roach came out of the bed sheets

Very very run down. Fake leather on chair was peeling, table had fingernail polish stains, carpet had stains, holes in the wall. But sheets were very clean.

My stay at this hotel was terrible from the very beginning. I arrived a little after midnight and the front desk staff had a very bad attitude. In the lobby, there was a sign stating that the hotel is 100% smoke-free, which made no sense because the whole place smelled strongly of cigarettes.
The facilities looked neglected, and upon entering the room the strong musty odor was unbearable. The cleanliness was unacceptable: when I went to bed and looked at the ceiling, I found two pieces of toilet paper with nasal fluids stuck there — honestly the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced in a hotel.
The next morning, as I stepped out of the room, the smell of ********* and cigarettes in the hallway was overwhelming. Needless to say, I had no desire to even try the “included breakfast” after all of this.
I truly regret booking this place and would not recommend it at all.

The staff didn’t speak English hard to communicate with them. And the breakfast was nice but the sausages was mixed with pork and beef didn’t like that. But the over all stay was ok
