Really good place to stay. Family friendly, very clean, the pool and jacuzzi were clean and amazing. The breakfast was good and had variety. I really recommend it

I stay here every year when I go to the Comi-Con in Grand Rapids and never was disappointed.The breakfast is always delicious. Until this year, I would just look at the room price but didn't go further for the final charges. ******* was $20 cheaper.

Always a pleasure to stay at this property. I frequent this establishment when back home. Peaceful, nice selection for breakfast, and the pool area stays open until midnight. This is especially nice for a late night soak. Tue hotel is always clean and smelling fresh. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a nice stay.

The room was wonderful. Clean, roomy fairly quiet. The breakfast had my favorite foods like eggs, cereal and oatmeal. The apple juice and coffee seemed a little watered down.

It’s an older building, but it is clean. The hot tub temperature could have been better as it was just Luke warm.

The beds are clean and comfy! We have stayed here before to visit a doctor in the area. Staff is always very friendly and breakfast is a good variety and well stocked. We'll be back!

There was no WiFi available for nearly my entire 2 day stay. Hotel is refusing any type of compensation through *******. Despise listing WiFi as a property amenity. I had to miss 2 hours of work and pay for Ubers to get to working WiFi.
