David at the front desk was pretty dope and I checked in having a BAAAAAD day with so much going on. Great customer service goes a long way. Room was neat and clean and the accommodations were spot on in a pinch. Great price point for sure.

Toilets didn’t work. No hot water. No pool operational. No wifi and the roof was leaking No bfast. And it smelled really bad. Very unhygienic and unsafe. Horrible experience do not go!!!

I found blood on my sheets and a roach in my room. I have a video of both. At check in there was no one attending the front desk. When attempting to resolve the issue with the roaches, the manager couldn’t be find for two hours.
