For the Pros. The location was close to the highway, gas stations and needed amenities. The front end staff was pleasant and accommodating and there is a small breakfast offered in the morning.
The Cons,our room had a very large yellow stain and patching from what is apparently a water leak. There was no cosmetic fixes and it was bubbled and chipping. The bathrub leaked when you showered. The TV guide does not work and the bed pillows were child sized.
We were here for 3 days, no one changed the towels or trash during this time.
Not sure what happened here, but we will probably not return here again

I reserved two king size rooms, and they both smelled like cigarette smoke, one room was missing the handle on the bathroom door and the toilet wouldn’t flush and the other room was missing the office chair and the staff just replaced it with a dining chair… Horrible service. The breakfast was awful, scrambled eggs, undercooked, and sausage, links overcooked, no cereal for younger kids. The front desk staff had told me that because of all the problems in the one room with the bathroom, not functioning that they would refund me the cost for that room, but when I left the front desk person who was there said that they couldn’t refund anything because I had reserved the rooms through a third-party… So I have learned to never reserve rooms through a third-party again and only booked directly with the hotel and don’t believe the front desk staff when they tell you that they’ll actually accommodate you for the many inconveniences in the hotel!

Unfortunately, not a place we would stay again.
Room was in poor repair. There was a hole in the bathroom door, the toilet paper holder was broken off. There was a drawer missing from the dresser and there was no chair at the desk. Staff brought a chair but seemed indifferent about the other problems.

Had a non disclosed $100 incidental fee and the tolite paper holder was broken on check in had to inform staff to hopefully prefent holding of the fee we only chose this over other properties as there was no fee listed on this one

Meh Quality Inn
Beds and bedding were new and updated but the bathroom was falling apart. Missing tile, chunks out of the tub, and the door was SO sticky that me, a 225lb pretty strong man thought I was stuck inside until I really put my shoulder into it to pop it open.

Sheets were not clean, obvious blood/mold stains were present. Ceiling in bathroom was peeling/literally falling off. Multiple brown liquid stains on walls, hotel room doors did not close all the way even when locked/latched.
