The room was so noisy! Freeway noise, very loud A/C. Very difficult to sleep. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant.

Very disappointed. Did NOT enjoy my stay this time
Front desk clerk that worked the morning of Friday that I was there, was very rude, unprofessional, very very unfriendly & unwelcoming. She’s definitely not someone who should be allowed to interact with guests until she’s retrained in the basics of hospitality. Housekeeping/ breakfast staff is lazy & lacks common sense & critical thinking. Room reeked of stale cigarette smoke & air felt moist walking in room. I Was charged $10 for 2 dirty washrags but had to smell old cigarette smoke for 3 days. Unbelievable. I was truly dumbfounded by this.

Very irritating to listen to an advertisement every time I was required to log back on to the internet. Several a & c USB connections were not working. Was told I had reserved a handicap room but this was not the case. Also, the housecleaning every 3d day was a non starter for me. Probably will look for another hotel when in Houston area again.

Overall was a good experience for a single night stay. Only issues for some maybe the AC in room was noisy, street noise and Wi-Fi is slow at time.

Very rude Manager there was feces in the restroom, toilet and on the light switch the room were very dirty I had several small children with me and I had already unloaded everything so I asked for stuff to clean and instead of them being kind and assisting the worker came banging on the door, asking how many people were in there, even though we weren’t making a lot of noise and the kids were at the pool with my sister. There’s two queen full size beds and a queen size sofa bed, and I was told only five people were allowed in the room even though each bed could fit two people I asked for a refund was told that I can get a refund if I left immediately, and if I didn’t leave immediately, the cops would be called on me I was very confused as to why I was being threatened with cops when I never cussed yelled or once was that disrespectful to the manager I’m so glad everything is recorded and I’m moving forward with a lawsuit.

There were bed bugs. I started having an allergic reaction and then saw one adult bug in the bed and some on a pillow. Immediately packed up and left. Took pillow to lobby desk to show receptionist.
