Horrible Experience!!! Unsanitary Room and Unprofessional Service
I am beyond frustrated with my recent experience at this hotel. I booked a deluxe studio at the Extended Stay America Suites, but upon arrival, I was told that my room wasn’t available and was moved to a different location just a few minutes down the road. What followed was one of the most disgusting and unsafe hotel stays I’ve ever had.
The room was in appalling condition:
Roaches on the bed and in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable.
Stained carpets that made it clear the room hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while.
Multiple non-functional lights made the room feel even more uncomfortable.
The bathroom door wouldn’t lock, and the shower was leaking, causing water damage and making the room even more unsanitary and unsafe.
I immediately asked the front desk for a refund or to be moved to another room, but they refused, stating they couldn’t do anything due to policies set by *******. After contacting *******, I was told the hotel wasn’t willing to make any exceptions, despite the disgusting state of the room.
This is not just about a bad stay, it’s about a lack of professionalism and care for the safety and comfort of guests. I never even stayed in the room because it was uninhabitable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m still requesting for a refund, but it’s clear that this hotel doesn’t take customer satisfaction seriously.
Avoid this place at all costs.

The place smelled horrible. We Couldn’t stand it. We almost threw up. We didn’t even stay there for five minutes. And the pictures posted look nice, nothing compared to the actual room we got. Do not recommend

The minute we got there, we were killing roaches. They were everywhere! Our room also smelled terrible when we walked in. If i hadnt had to stay at that hotel due to the reason i went to texas, i would have left.

If any member of management sees this message, I would kindly request that you address a concern with your front desk associate, Caroline. It took me three attempts to get someone to answer the phone. On the first try, the call was disconnected immediately. On the second, I was redirected without resolution. Finally, on the third attempt, Caroline answered, but her attitude was far from welcoming or professional. This experience fell short of the level of customer service I expected.
