Me and my partner stayed for 1 night as we were waiting for a ferry. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, they let us leave our bags in the luggage room till late at night when we had to catch our ferry. The rooms were clean we stayed in a sea view room which did not have a see view but looked out onto a block of flats. The hotel was a short walk into the centre which was packed with restaurants and bars. The hotel is around a 15 minute walk from the ferry port and bus station which was why we booked the hotel we chose to walk with our luggage but would probably recommend taking a taxi as it is very hilly around the hotel. The breakfast was standard there was a toaster and coffee machine which was nice and water was available at breakfast.

我们一行人选择在市中心的酒店住一晚（幸运的是），因为它结合了市中心的便利性和靠近机场的优势。酒店没有停车场，唯一的解决办法是在酒店入口处建一个有顶棚的停车场，每天收费 18 欧元！我们一到，门卫就要求我们支付房费，尽管他的POS不能用，他还是要求我们用现金支付！ （幸运的是酒店门外就有一个自动提款机）。在酒店里，无线网络无法使用，尽管我们得到了密码。对于三个人来说，房间非常小，最重要的是不是很干净，尤其是淋浴！最后，如果这还不够，我们还要求提供早餐篮（甚至只是一个羊角面包），因为早餐时间是从 7.00 开始，而我们的团队必须在 6.30 出发赶飞机。门将态度坚决！！不，你不能！只住一晚的价格非常高，不存在的服务，热情好客......未知！避免
酒店位于伊拉克利翁的中心位置，位于大海和市中心之间。从我的房间可以看到大海、码头和城堡。距布满俱乐部和商店的主要街道仅一箭之遥。工作人员非常友善，可以提供任何信息和建议。
Dimitris 非常友好和乐于助人。当我的航班被取消时，他帮助了我，让我感到安心。酒店很漂亮，可以看到码头的壮丽景色，而且位置非常方便。
