Not a single apology or care and overpriced at 150
Both Managers didn't offer to dry my clothes or even apologize after learning that thier coin dryer wasn't working. Asked for a couple of trash bags for wet clothes and he asked for my room number to charge me for them.
Politely told him about dryer and showed him what was wrong. He didn't care and was like getting all defensive. Told the day manager about it- same result. Place is overpriced, mattresses are cheap, hot tub is joke, and I doubt they will fix the dryer.

just not a clean place. My daughter has asthma and had an asthma attack during the night…I went into the bathroom and there’s mold growing on the wall. The door didn’t work…had to almost kick it in the open. It was all warped from being exposed to the elements and NO upkeep. It felt dirty and old…needs an update for sure. The AC unit did not work and they knew about it and did not let us know BEFORE we got the room. The beds are tiny. It was not worth the money.

We are truly sorry that is/was not you. When using third parties, please take an extra minute to see what size of beds are being reserved. Usually the cheapest is chosen. Double full can run less and in this case they did. After reviewing notes and speaking to staff from your two night stay, no one remembers any conversation about the AC. There are notes that you wanted to check out at 5:25pm which is well after checkout time. No complaints just a call from ******* saying you wanted to leave at that time and get a refund. The AC seems to be working today. We wish something had been said so it could have been looked at. As always, the staff works very hard for guests to have a clean comfortable stay. All our best.

Clean but 'dated'
Having stayed at this property many times over the past several years, but then with a hiatus, it was surprising but then not how this hotel now shows its age. Primarily, there is an 'aged-odor,' like the paint, carpets, and woodwork (wardrobes in-room, banister, trimwork, etc.). However, the meeting area, and diningroom were clean and tidy; the desk-service great. The nicest part for me, also 'older,' is the AUTOMATIC ENTRY-DOOR at front entrance, ALWAYS a plus when going in and out with handsful of luggage and personal belongings, and due to windy weather!

Check in was easy and very friendly in the evening. The lady at the front desk in the morning was not nearly as friendly!

This place had the best customer service we have seen in a very long time! Brian was super nice and helpful as we checked in at 1:30am. He made sure we had everything we needed after a long day of driving. Kim, in the morning was even sweeter! She saved coffee for my daughter after breakfast hours, twice. She didn’t have to do that, but we were very grateful. Great stay! Room was clean and beds comfortable.

Poor service
There was nobody ever at the front desk when needed! It took me 30 mins to find someone to check in. And then another 20 mins to find someone to check out. Then our key cards didn’t work through the whole stay.

Would have preferred no outdoor access to room. They offered to put us on the 2nd floor instead, but there was no elevator. Aside from that, we had a nice stay - the first floor room was clean and comfortable.

It was fine but we booked the hotel based on the fact that they had a hot tub and a pool. When we arrived, we were told the pool area was closed for renovations. Wish that we knew that before we booked.
