The lady who checked us in was friendly and pleasant. We had 2 rooms. The first room was clean, but there were so many gnats in the bathroom, around the sink, and around the lampshade. The second room did not have that issue. It was a simple place with dated rooms, but for the price it was to be expected. Parking was convenient. Breakfast included a waffle maker, cold cereals, and bagels. I couldn't recommend the coffee or juice, but the milk was fine. The gentleman at the desk for check out was also friendly and pleasant. Overall, it was a decent stay, and if you're on a tight budget it would be a good place to stop in overnight.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable , good night's sleep. A/C- heater worked well. Driveway and parking areas Need work. Passed on the make-your- own waffles & ? Easy check in and out.

Our first stay at an ABV inn - and probably our last. Room was clean, but very shabby. A/C was so loud we had to shut it off and sweat all night to get any sleep. Sign said ‘hot breakfast’, which was an exaggeration. They had a waffle machine and cold cereal, mediocre coffee, and bad OJ. No toast, bagels, fruit, pastries, eggs or anything else.

Got sick in the room they originally gave me. Was coughing and got nauseous. The ac was dirty and the filter was packed full of dirt and probably mould. Requested either a new room or refund. They said they're out of rooms. Pointed out health code violations and then they got me into another room.

For $100 a night, you can do better. Check out is at 11AM but they already bang you door at 7AM. Room is dirty and musty. Doesn't look like they vacuum. Recliner is old and arm rests are filthy and sticky. YUCK!

I was OK for the price. There was essentially no toilet paper but they provided it fast when asked. The place was mostly full of apparently skilled construction workers who left for work before 6. It seemed safe. It might be cool in winter as you could see cracks around the door but the air conditioner worked fine for us. There was a small, not tiny refrigerator/ freezer, microwave, coffee maker and TV which we did not use. There appears to be a pool which we did not use.

You really shouldn’t pay over $70 tax included….our toilet literally broke, the chain broke in half and you had to flush it that way…it was AMAZING!
