This was a very low rate facility. There doors to the outside were not locked. The first room we went to had a broken lock on the door, a broken window, and the toilet didn't work. We switched rooms twice with the same problems. The last room at least had a door that locked. There were no towels, light bulbs in the bathroom, tv remote, or an actual blanket on the bed. We stayed because of bad weather and we were exhausted. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Staff was rude! Did not honor ******* booking. Ran my card without permission. Refused cancelation refund. Roach infested. Half of property is in shambles(doors hanging off, broken windows, and run down). Which is considered a fire hazard. Called about early check in days before and was told no problem. When I arrived was told i had to pay clerk $20 cash only. I asked for a receipt and was blown off. Most motels will not take cash/card only. I believe i was scammed. The fire marshal and health dept need to do an inspection for guest safety.

Booked rooms through ******* without reading any reviews. Before arriving started reading all the terrible reviews. Finally got to motel and half the building is dark and falling apart. Windows spray painted. Weeds a mile high in front of building. Didn’t look safe or clean. Cancelled rooms, booked elsewhere.

Not even a hint of cleanliness.

Unfortunately, the room we had been given either had not been cleaned or was still occupied by someone else (who fortunately was not there at the time). Old food in the fridge, dirty linens, dirty floor, soiled wet wipes on the floor, coins on the nightstand, etc. Outside of the room wasn’t much better honestly. Staying there quickly became a non-starter and we turned our key in immediately. A refund was requested to which we were told that we needed to go through the booking platform. A second room was offered to us, but the damage was done and we had no desire to stick around. As the room that was booked was non-refundable, unfortunately, we were forced to walk away and eat a 2-nights stay for 10 minutes of surprise. Extremely disappointed and frustrating.

The door was not on the hinges properly. The toilet leaked the windows on the first floor room would not lock. They could be open from the outside and cleanliness of the outside of the place was horrible.

Parking was easy. Not sure about how secure.

The room was definitely not anything like the one shown online or like the one I stayed in previously. This hotel was much older and more run down. There were bugs in the bathroon. Towels were old and stained, not fresh.
