房间设施太旧,厨房用品比其它连锁店少,房间告示牌承诺的炊具都不提供,位置离商务出差点近

房间设施陈旧,和酒店所处的区域格格不入。而且我们入住的时候电梯也坏了。
网站上标注有早餐,早上前台告知没有。我是一个出差人士,我一个月时间都在预定住宿,但是经常有些酒店没有早餐,缺标注有早餐。我很生气,因为接下来我要不吃早餐工作。

这家酒店“免费早餐”的宣传并不准确,这也是我们决定入住的原因之一。早餐只有松饼、谷物棒和咖啡。
工作人员一点也不友好,告诉我我的预订有误,我只订了一间房。好不容易解决了问题,我们把行李带进房间,却被告知没有行李车,于是我们把行李搬到了三楼,结果发现走廊尽头有一辆行李车。
其中一个房间的床,我一坐上去就完全竖了起来,导致我直接摔倒在地,尾骨撞到了地上。
冰箱和台面根本没打扫。直到周六晚上才给我们换了新毛巾,因为“毛巾”整天都在洗,但我们看到两辆清洁工的推车里装满了毛巾。
一分价钱一分货。
我来过这家酒店很多次,总的来说,这是一家不错的酒店。浴室里有一只大蟑螂,我知道无论浴室有多干净,这种情况都可能发生,但我在床头柜上发现了用过的除臭剂,床边还有一块污渍(好像有人洒了饮料),就像根本没打扫过一样。
墙壁很薄,浴室很脏,淋浴间里有灰尘和头发。前台说房间每14天才打扫一次,所以如果我想打扫房间,需要额外支付10美元。早餐很糟糕,包括咖啡(即使有的话)。要换毛巾,你得把脏毛巾拿到前台换掉,却没有换洗的衣服。浴室的通风口没有送风,所以非常热。再也不来了!
酒店非常舒适,地理位置优越,靠近市中心的River Oaks,可直达高速公路,方便快捷地游览城市。房间状况极佳,干净整洁,维护良好。工作人员始终非常友好周到。
房间很热。床吱吱作响,床单太小。床一动就发出很大的声音,真是糟糕透了,根本睡不着。电梯噪音很大,嘎嘎作响,差点把**吵醒。浴室的墙上有霉菌。
