No kind of help to do a welfare check on my room.
I ask the front desk to do a wellfare check on my room 224 today 08/11/2025 around 11am to 1p I called the front desk to be transferred to my room 3 times no answer, the front desk clerk told me he was to busy to go do a wellfare check and my wife phone was dead, I had to call the police to do a wellfare check. So at this time the front desk clerk was too lazy to go check my room to see if my family was still alive. I didn’t like the fact that this Mexican said he not gong to do a wellfare check, simply ignored a live and dead situation. That’s not good.

This property was horrible. It was homeless people outside sitting around, dirty and smelled like smoke. They couldn’t find my reservation either and had to opt for a single bed when I booked a double. The guy helping was nice and I received a refund but never again!

Our stay was ok but the room smells and the bathroom smells like smoke. I hade to unclog the toilet myself cause the maintenance guy was out. For 93 dollar a night yea right

I would like to request a refund, the tables were not wiped down dirty tv stand, the wall plus looked hazardous popping out the wall, elevator was not working, it was a non smoking room and you could smell cigarette and **** smoke as soon as you walked into the hallway, we were on the third floor with no elevator had to carry our bags up, floor was dirty, sheets and curtains were stained, roaches running around looked like people were fixing there cars parked all accross the lanes in the parking lot, carpet was stained the drawers looked like they were falling apart, wall had stains. We weren’t even there 30 minutes before we left and booked somewhere else. I have pictures to back up all this information so please accommodate us and refund our hard spent money for this very disfortunate situation and waste of money and time in our vacation.

My feet got dirty from the carpet and floors, the room smelled like smoke, the furniture was about to fall apart, there was a coach roach in my shower, the shower nozzle needs to be replaced, the check in area smelled. Etc
For what you charge it’s an abomination. I was in room 134, oh and the soda machine eats your money. Don’t go there!!!
