When we were in the room the beds didn't have actual blankets, just sheets. I tried asking for blankets but di not get it. The elevator wasn't working. Wasn't please honestly. The Tv didn't work and the land line wasn't working either. Would not book again. Also when I checked in they said they didn't have a room even though I made a reservation weeks ago.

我要求全额退款,因为这次酒店住宿简直糟糕透顶。酒店不安全,对残疾人士不友好,虫子和蟑螂横行,楼梯间里甚至还有人类排泄物。酒店周围一直有闲逛的人和不安全的人士。
电梯坏了或者淋浴器不能用这些事,我本来都能睁一只眼闭一只眼。但是,我提前给酒店打电话问有没有吹风机,因为这对我来说是必需品,好让我能有所准备。前台说房间里没有吹风机。好吧,我自己带了,结果呢,惊喜!房间里竟然有吹风机。那我何苦多带一件东西呢。酒店政策上写着需要50美元押金,现金或刷卡都可以。我本来想付现金,这样退房就能马上拿回来,不用等退款。结果入住的时候前台却说只能刷卡。哦,我本来可以把网上的政策拿出来理论,但最终还是算了,我实在不想再折腾了。我住的220房间,有那种持续不断的噪音,很明显,听起来就像隔壁有人在打鼾,但又不是。床似乎比同价位的其他酒店要好,没那么嘎吱作响,但我肯定不会再选择这家酒店了。
地理位置优越,方便前往休斯顿的许多地方。虽然设施老旧,但电梯已经修好,适合长期居住。
具体情况取决于旅客的出行地点和需求。

停车场很好,一些礼宾人员不太友好,我们要求他们打扫我们的房间,但他们没有,我们用同样的毛巾待了好几天,等等。
