The room smelled musty. The trim around the doors had mold or rust all over ,and the water from the sink and in the toilet was dirty brown, even after flushing several times. We immediately reported the condition to the front desk , and he offered to move us to another room, but we know the water problem had to be throughout the system,and so we left the hotel and moved to another one that was clean and had clean water. I expect a refund.

The room was a nice size but the carpet has a huge red stain, there was rust in the restroom around the door and there was a weird smell in the hall around the elevator. The elevator sounded as if it was about to break down with every ride.

The rooms were smelling because of lack of cleaning the carpet. Beds smell of body scent and bed bugs. The bathroom shower has permanent stains on the floor of the shower and mildew on the shower walls. I was totally uncomfortable. They need to remove the stains in the shower area and clean the carpet frequently.

Staff was really nice but our room’s air conditioner didn’t work. They moved us right away but then the next room’s toilet seat was cracked and the couch was old and not very clean. Would not recommend this hotel.
