The hot tub is not a requirement for Hilton Garden Inn, so after the latest breakdown the owner has decided not to repair it again. And we have requested that amenity to be removed from the website. 酒店回复: Sanela, I am sorry to hear about your experience. Your first room was recently renovated, I will have the construction manager look into the water pressure. I agree with you about the mirror in the closet, I personally would not have chosen that spot for it. Unfortunately, it is a Hilton design, and we cannot change it. The bathrooms have a central ventilation system which constantly runs, it is not operated by a switch. From my understanding the toilet in 627 was an issue, were all the other listed items regarding 305 or 627? I would like clarification so that I can have them addressed. I look forward to hearing back from you, I want to make things right with you and fix the issues so other guest do not have the same experience.

We along with our guest cannot wait until the renovation is complete. As a brand all Hilton Garden Inn charge for breakfast, if you book with breakfast included it will save you about 50% off the cost of breakfast. If I can assist you anything please let me know.

Awesome Hotel Stay
My stay was wonderful once I drove into the parking lot. The premises was clean and the entrance was very welcoming! Check-in was smooth and the team member behind the desk was very knowledgeable and courteous. Pleasent too! The hotel room was very impressive and wonderful! I enjoyed my stay and will return!

Terrific stay
Stayed here for a night and it was terrific. Breakfast was 8.95 and delish. Oatmeal was super with all the fixings and coffee yummy. Serving staff were a delight!
Thrilled for 1.75/load to do some laundry-been on road two weeks.
Bed comfy. Parking free and easy. Next to Texas Roadhouse. Shower good. WIFI worked (last hotel it did not) So highly recommend

Nice hotel
Really nice hotel, our only complaints would be the bed was not very comfortable and not enough coffee in the room. Great location, food establishments close by and a really quiet property. Would stay here again.

I left my IPhone charger in the room. The hotel contacted me and offered to mail it to me. Since I was returning the following week, they held it until my return. Very nice people

The room was nice, nothing special. I was surprised that breakfast was an extra charge. The elevators were a bit clunky and smelled of urine, like someone had taken a leak in them. The hallway on the 2nd floor smelled of frying meat in the evening.

这房间太贵了，而且年代久远！
我们周六付的钱，对这家酒店印象很不好。热水浴缸坏了。大堂正在装修，乱糟糟的。我们的房间非常简陋，而且陈旧。早餐还要收费。我们的视野是我在酒店里见过的最差的。它在下面。房间里有一个奇怪的带锁的壁橱。印象很不好。
