I left a day early because of roaches in my room. This was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. I decided to stay here because ******* showed a 8+ review score. I’m not sure who has been propping up the review scores for this place, but it’s nasty. I spotted two roaches on the kitchen floor and one roach on the shower wall.

The room they gave us was already being used. When we told the front desk they just said oh ok I’ll get you another room. The lady on the elevator with us said it happened to her when she checked in too

Checking in June 1st at 4:30 PM Central time, was delayed for 20 minutes. Front desk staff claimed our room was being cleaned. After the 20 minutes, our room was dirty and floors were not swept. Front desk, upon complaint gave us a different room. Inside 2nd room, in the refrigerator was a dead cockroach!
