After auditing our records, we noticed that your original booking was for a smoking room, and we tried to switch you to a non-smoking room the very next day. Unfortunately, you weren’t available at the time, and when you returned later that evening, the room type you preferred was sold out. We made another attempt to move you on the third day, but your belongings remained in the room on all the days when we could have switched you, and you never attempted to accept the resolutions provided. In the meantime, our staff treated the room with every method possible to neutralize the odor.
