The room had several flys flying around. Bugs in the bathtub. The front desk lady mentioned they didn’t have maid service that day and to come back and let her know if the room wasn’t clean. Sadly the room I got was a clean room. They will not issue me a refund. IM PISSED.

When I booked no where did it say that they required a deposit after paying everything in full before arrival. Then when I checked in the woman at the front desk gave me a key to a room as I drove up and took down all my luggage and went upstairs to the room the key didn't work only to see that someone was already occupying the room I went downstairs to complain and she blamed ******* for overbooking that it happens all the time. Totally unacceptable and I don't recommend the towels had hair on them and not the cleanest place either

The hotel room we had , had roaches in it and dirty sheets. Spoke to the GM of hotel and they weren’t going to switch us to another room so I asked for refund because that’s unacceptable to sleep in. And they explained they had pest problem in other units but never told us that.

Room was not clean at all. Bathroom was dirty and needs to be remodel. All the sheets was with stains and the towels.

Beware it’s the worst hotel ever
The room was not clean, the bed was not made, it was invested with roaches, also there was a mice in the room and management was not able to change our room because they had prior reservations..I was up all night killing roaches it by far the worst hotel I ever stayed at and will not ever go back

Decent.
The jetted tub really makes up for a lot of things but i saw 7-9 roaches in a two day span. There was a dead one when i slipped down the sheets so i was forced to replace all bedding before touching any of my bags. There were webs by the door like a broom hasnt touched that area in a while. and my microwave was missing for the first 16-28hrs of me being there until i noticed and informed them. They just need to exterminate and get better cleaners!
