My boyfriend and I stayed here because it was one of the closest hotels that was within a fair distance and reasonably priced. Check-in wasn't until 4pm, however, the Manager there was at the front desk. He checked us in early. The room smelled clean. Everything was nice. Hotel staff were great. I wish we could have had breakfast, but we got up too late for it :(. Check-out was very easy as well.

This hotel is just okay. Very loud air conditioning unit kept us up. Walls are thin and guests were loud. Not very clean and very outdated.

Terrible stay.
When we opened the door to the room smelled, it was a very distinct musty odor. Faint smell of stale cigarette smoke. We used the AC to help with this. The bedside light next to the far bed didn’t work. The room was dingy and badly needs an update. The pillows on the bed were tiny, maybe half the size of standard pillows. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. The sheets had faint stains, some looked like footprints. The biggest issue was the next morning, the shower only had scalding hot water. The front desk would not answer the phone from the room or when we called from our cell phones. We had to go all the way to the front desk to get assistance. This issue held us up by about 2 hours and we missed our breakfast plans. It was extremely frustrating. There were no rooms to change to. Staff was not very helpful overall. Location was not great either, I did not feel safe in the working lot at night, although there was a police car with lights and police cameras running all night. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Comfortable Good Price And Location, Room Smelled
The only issue I had is the hallway smelled like cat urine in the bedroom. We were in room 209 smell like cat urine. I had to buy odor band and Lysol and every time I left the room in and out I had to spray again and had the window open and it was still stinking in there.. other than that everything else was great

The staff was super pleasant, smiling and genuine. Just a delightful atmosphere. The breakfast area was clean and had a nice variety. It also stayed open until 9:30 in the morning which was great so you didn't have to rush. The coffee bar was open 24 hrs. & It was clean & fresh. They had complimentary iced lemon water, very good. The rooms were clean, comfy & well stocked with supplies. The a/c had it's own thermostat so you had control over the temperature. Included was a fridge, microwave & safe. The indoor pool was beautiful & clean as was the patio. I'm staying there every time I travel to Columbus! Thanks to the associates for keeping it so nice!

This is just a few blocks from OSU hospital. Take I-71 exit 111. We walked down to the front desk to inquire about toilet paper, we were told someone else would bring it to our room. Why couldn't they just give it to us there?

Musty and old cigarettes
The smell of the room as soon as we opened the door was like walking into an old musty, smokey bowling alley. Needed a room for the night for a long road trip and this was convenient to the thruway. Staff was efficient only issue was the room itself

We stayed in this location for a couple of nights. For the price, the stay was good, we only wanted to sleep in the hotel and leave during the daytime. However general areas (reception, elevator, etc.) looked run down and somewhat dirty (not well attended). Flies in the room (a first for us in a hotel room.) Beds were fine and bed sheets/towels were good (for the price), but the sofa was dirty and carpet flooring looked pretty stained. Overall it is a 2-3 start at most. The room was quiet though, AC worked great, and staff were friendly. I will stay again at this hotel (price) but I don't think I can convince my wife and kids to join me.
