Lobby was very nice, with a good selection of snacks for sale; check in was easy; the staff I encountered were all very friendly; the room was also very nice and clean; and the complimentary breakfast had many good selections.

Room was king bed with sofa bed. Our son found some lubricant in the sofa bed. The fire alarm started chirping for a replacement battery at 11:30pm. Front desk employee couldn't fix it because he is not maintenance. He literally ripped it off the wall so we could sleep- this guy is awesome give him a raise. Next night we listened to someone filming a thanksgiving only fans loudly for many hours. Life goes on- the bed was clean and the mattress was supportive, no back pain.

We were told our room would be cleaned and made up for the second night, Our cleaning tag was still on the door when we returned. Talked to the front desk and they told us we had the do not distrurb on the door and they do not clean after 12:00. We left the room at 11:00 in the morning. They were not honest with us. Very disapointing for a Best Western. We will not go there again.

Didn't try the breakfast, others said it was fine. Parking is a breeze and plenty of it. Very friendly staff, and very clean rooms. Local to many areas of interest. Would recommend!!
