The carpet floors inside the room were dirty. The hallway floors covered are uneven which is a safety issue. My son tripped due to bump on the floor.

Everything from restaurants to grocery stores to gas station was very close to the hotel. The hospital was even walking distance. Parking was no problem at all. Many spaces to choose from. The rooms was clean. The staff was great especiallyMrs.Nina!! I really enjoyed my stay.

Room was very clean. Interior lobby and halls were clean and no visible damage. Staff was welcoming. $100 deposit is steep for just one night where they aren’t really “amenities” to charge to your room other than some snacks. But that’s pretty normal.
Breakfast was decent. Breakfast area was very busy, could use a few more tables. Wake station was very popular/ could benefit from a second waffle maker. Coffee was very good. Nice to have several options of flavored creamers.

Would stay here again
Outrageously clean, though there was an overwhelming scent everywhere. Breakfast was great. Staff friendly. Mattress was a bit soft for us, but personally i loved the pillows. Would have preferred not using the tiny toiletries, but rather the refillable ones a lot of places are changing to.

Could be cleaner
Was told they clean every other day thought that was strange cleanliness was ok but i bought disinfectant wipes to wipe down surfaces and it looked like its been awhile since last wipedown. Pool was ok no towels or lounge chairs but most of staff was very friendly
