Dirty room and front deck lady sleeping on the job. Motel stinks and filthy smells like smoke and animals, room have bed bugs and bedding hasn’t been cleaned or changed. Poor management refuse to reimburse people who complain. False advertising rooms and quality, condition of motel. If you care about your health stay away from that place. I left right after checking in place is a joke and dumb

Room was very nice. Whoever painted really did you a disservice although didn’t effect me. Would have liked Kleenex and shampoo. They are always included so didn’t bring my own. All over, I would stay again.

My first room was not accessible by myself. A washcloth, clean or dirty, was under a made bed. I don’t mind the stairs, but the elevator was touchy and you apparently had to push the floor (4) button hard, I used the stairs. My second room, the bed was clean but the shower was gross, I did not use the shower. The tub had something in and around the drain. Outside where you take your pets , the door card scanner was broken so you had to walk all the way back through to the front. The staff was nice and I’m sure ig I mentioned the tub in the second room they would have changed it but I was missing time with my fiends at the party I was attending. I stayed here back in 2014/2015 and she looked brand new. Now she def looks used and abused.

The place was completely unacceptable
Dingy towels, cracked sink that someone clrearly glued back together. The hall carpet smelled like old urine. The room smelled like mildew and cigarettes.I asked for a refund and almost slept in my car,because it was so late when we arrived. If it wasn't for a friend who lived about an half our away. I did not take photos, I just immediately got out of there.

I looked at the reviews before booking and in the last couple of months they were great reviews not so good before that so I figured maybe they made changes. When I checked in, the lobby area was okay but once you got pass that it didn’t smell well cleaned. When I got to the room it was okay very outdated. The tub had dirt marks in it. The room was neat. I left to go get a new pillow because the pillow it self was horrible. When I got back there was roaches on the bed I didnt see it until I got back with the pillow at that point I checked out. The lady at checkin did ask if I would like to change rooms but at that point I was over it. Until they do better with there rooms and the roach situation I will NOT be going back.

Very unwelcoming and rude would not even get up her chair to come talk to me through the bulletproof glass first thing I say when I walked in.
I will never stay here again or any of my family and friends to stay. Not recommended.

need major upgrade.. mold by bathroom tub!!!!! bathroom door would not close.... help was outstanding!!!!! phone did not work!!!!! short on bath towels......
首先，我不是个爱抱怨的人。但这地方简直太脏了。床是旧的弹簧床，枕头是圆的。所有东西都套着防臭虫罩。我开始挪动家具，结果发现了一堆虫子。用手电筒照一下你挪不动的床架下面和缝隙里，你会看到霉菌、一堆旧的死虫子，还有别人的指甲，就是那种假指甲。空调坏了。房间里有一股旧的霉味。我本来需要周日早上在这里赶去教堂，但因为太脏了，我整晚都睡不着。最后凌晨5点左右就离开了，因为我看了很多关于这个地方的评论，实在待不下去了。淋浴没有热水，但洗手池有。墙上积了厚厚的灰尘，肉眼可见。我怀疑他们根本就没有保洁员。强烈建议你在去之前一定要看看照片。我非常确定这里有臭虫和地毯甲虫。
