The walls are too thin, could hear the actual conversation in the next room when they got in at 12:00 am to 2:00 am and had to catch the shuttle at 4:30. Made for a terrible night!

The first room smelled like urine. The next room we went to the remote didn't work and the microwave had a broken button. The tub wouldn't drain and we didn't want to have dirty water at our feet so we couldn't even bathe. Definitely never coming back here again.

The only complaints I have is the phone in our room did not work at all so we couldn’t call out or contact front desk when we discovered the volume control on our remote was broken. I had to go down to the front desk, but they did swap that out for us.

I was told breakfast was from 6-9 a.m. when I checked in last night. When I came out at 5:50 the breakfast area was completely dark with no one around. There was no one at the front desk. I couldn't imagine breakfast happening by 6. Additionally whatever room freshener was being used in the front entry was so overpowering it gave the appearance that it was covering something up. Lastly, the noise from the road made it difficult to sleep. It wasn't a pleasant stay.

Desk clerk at check in was polite and friendly. I was not impressed that the was not a blow dryer in the room. Would have preferred to be able to wash my hair before checking out, but couldn’t as there was no blow dryer, and I wasn’t comfortable going out in 43* weather with wet hair.

room was okay, definitely a lot wear and tear on everything in it. it was easily the loudest hotel I've ever stayed it. kids running around during the "quiet hours". breakfast was definitely a pass.
