Room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good.
Gym was ok but too warm, missing weights, and the TV remote didn’t work and there were no wipes.
Overall the place was fine and convenient to the town.

Breakfast was not good. Even the hot water for the oatmeal wasn't hot (2 days). Gym was not good. It was missing many weights. There was nothing to wipe down the machines. On the positive side the beds were comfortable. Also, the housekeeper on the 3rd floor was very attentive and friendly. I would go again in a pinch but will explore other options.

Hotel was good but the area around it a junkyard. Hard to get into from the road. Breakfast was very good. Overall all a good hotel.

It was so horrible I had to call the police , at 2:30 am 2 individuals where at the parking lot , walking around talking trying to look inside the room windows dragging down something that was really loud , like they were looking to open a car or a window of the hotel to get in , very frightening situation

Disgusting - do not stay here
One of the most awful hotels I’d ever been to. Might as well have been a motel 6. I can’t believe how much money I paid for this place. Truly want a refund.

Beautifull place, clean, near to all areas, perfect for family who has students in RPI, quiet, kind and friendly staff, good breakfast. I love this place. I tried to find some hotel where we can feel confortable near to the University, and stay in a lot of them near to Troy, Albany, Colony NY and I can tell you that we found it. I will back soon!
