Breakfast was much better than at comparable hotels! Rooms are modern and super clean.
But: room was super cold. If you love AC in November- you wil probably appreciate that they had turned it on before my arrival. I never go the room to warm up.
And, this is completely not the hotel's fauly and more a PSA - but at 7am, some guy was screaming in his room and proceeded to scream in the hallways, with some woman begging him to calm down and come back. If you're a woman in such a relationship- watch "It Ends with Us" and look for help. If he's screaming like that in a hotel - I'm scared to think what happens at home.
Anyway, def a great hotel at the price.

My experience at this hotel was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. After booking my reservation online, there was no clear information stating that guests must be 21 or older to check in. I only found out once I arrived, when the front desk worker told us we could not continue with our reservation because we were under 21.
What made the situation worse was how unhelpful the staff were. They did not try to assist us in finding another hotel that allowed younger guests, nor did they offer any real guidance on what to do next. When we asked about a refund, we were told to “go online” and that we would be able to get it easily. That was not true.
We had to go through the booking website, contact the manager, and our first refund request was denied. After calling again and pushing the issue, we were finally able to get our money back but only because we insisted. The hotel offered no support and showed no attempt to be accommodating or understanding.
Overall, this was a very stressful situation that could have been avoided if the hotel had provided clear information and better customer service. I would not recommend staying here.

Clean room, parking good near handicap side door, simple breakfast was adequate. I was not happy with being billed twice for the same stay; this was corrected four days after check-out but I shouldn’t have had to call two times to get this resolved.

I had an overall nice day. I found the frustrating, however that the pool was closed and not working. I was looking forward to using it.
