Bolt on toilet seat missing so it slid back & forth, cabinet doors almost falling off, no maid service between our 1st and 2nd day, lots of weeds on grounds, chipping paint on porch bannisters…
Will NEVER stay at Inn & Suites by Radisson again ‼️

Weeds around the parking lot curbs could trimmed.

We would’ve changed hotels had not all the others been booked up when we were in town for a kids sporting event.
The room strongly smelled of mildew but we just kept it because half my family had the sniffles and couldn’t smell. It was dark in the room, which made you wonder how dirty it was during the day. The lobby always smelled of smoke because people would smoke out front and the staff would leave the door open so it would always blow through - morning and night people were smoking out front. Gross.
The side door was propped open w a stick which means anyone could get into the hallways at any time of night. Use the deadbolt!
The sink porcelain was cracked in the basin. Paint was chipping off the toilet.
The only reason it got 2 stars instead of one is because everything worked and there were no bugs.
Will never stay here again.

Room was dirty. Window fell out on me when opened. Staff said there should have been a sign about that and there wasn’t. Elevator was gross.

This hotel is in need of updates to bring back a clean and fresh feeling. Curtains were ripped, bed was unstable, light fixtures were rusty, bathroom calking was falling apart and moldy, finger prints on the wall, and limited hot breakfast items. Staff was great, plenty of towels, sheets were clean, welcome area of hotel was nice and welcoming, plenty of parking. Hotel was tired and in need of updates to bring back top guest experience.

This property doesn’t seem to have Wi-Fi. It’s not listed but it’s 2025, how can you run a business without Wi-Fi?

Lovely staff. East check in and checkout. Good variety of breakfast foods. Sadly pool was being "renovated" and I was only told about after I had already put in my reservation. Looking at other reviews it seems it's been like that for a while. Otherwise great stay

Hopefully this hotel is undergoing an upgrade. If not then it should be. Not terrible but very old and somewhat worn out.

Definitely not worth the stay
This was by far one of the worst experiences I have had in years. The place was definitely in need of repair, the microwave was broken, the coffee maker was broken, the bathroom floor was so slippery that you scared acrossed it from some sort of wax or oil. The air conditioning was not adjustable so you either had to turn it on or off. The carpet had recently been shampooed and was damp and smelled terrible. I was woken up several times during the night by barking dogs in the hotel . If it hadn't been the end of a very long day of driving I would have kept on the road for another place but they're also would not have been a refund.
Poor customer service. Breakfast was awful.
