Room 325 terribly squeaky bed that made noises with every turn. Bathtub faucet FELL off. Intermittent internet probably bc it was so far away from office. Side door to the hotel was UNLOCKED and would NOT close tight the first 2 nights. No Elevator and put on the 3rd floor Hard to believe there was not one room with double beds

The elevator was broke, no security lock on our door. After going back and forth with the clerk, I was as able to switch rooms. Got to second room a the tv screen was busted. They did come back to replace tv

The room was very clean, and the staff were polite and informative. The gym, however, needs remodeling most of the equipments were broken.

Our room was disgusting, apparently there was a leak on an upper floor there was patch job by couch and bathroom ceiling with drywall mud everywhere…. Attempted the pull out sofa found hair on it and dirt! Not to mention the shower did not look to be throughly cleaned there was hair in it

The room was very nice. The furniture was old and all the lights were unplugged when we got there. The television was broken but the manager came and replaced it for us. We only stayed one night.

Toilet didnt work, the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. The air conditioner has seen better days, the bed was incredibly sqeaky.

Room was clean but not in good condition. Curtains torn/missing, smell of urine from HVAC unit, corroding fixtures, etc. were not up to the standard of the price charged for the room.
Staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was adequate.

Staff was great in accommodating my late (delayed by flight change) arrival, early the next day!!! But just a little bit bothered by the worn appearance of the room … torn window shades, filthy AC filter, and tattered plastic sheets.

The staff was wonderful - friendly & super accommodating, especially Miss Shirley!! However, the facility itself could use some cosmetic improvements, and having to walk up and downstairs due to the out of order elevator was quite an inconvenience.
