the room was extremely dirty. the carpets needed to be steam cleaned and it was so dusty that you could wrote your name in it. the staff wasn't responsive when I asked for service in our room. i will never go back here

Our stay got off to a rough start. The room had a moldy refrigerator, hairs in the beds and used towels in the bathroom. Our angel Gabriel at the front desk immediately resolved our issue and put us in a wonderful room. He went out of his way to help us and even let me check the room before going elsewhere. Thank you to Gabriel (fellow Cowboys fan) who went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was a good one.

Do not recommend...
I think the facility needs updated. The room door on the inside where the door latch closes was soft. If you pushed the latch too hard, it pushed inwards. The 2 shelves under the sink were caked with dust. There were hand prints on the headboard, stains on the blanket on the bed, and floor needed vacuumed. Was just not a good night's sleep or comfortable at all.

The bathroom was not very good at all the toilet seat look like it have been installed in in the 80s. The shower had chips in the tub. The drain wasn’t installed. The ice bucket had no plastic in it. The TV did not work. The lobby was the low average. I would not stay here if I did not have to.

Close to where I needed to be. Computer system was down so checking in was delayed and I was on a time limit between checking in and arriving to an event. Slightly dated but for 1 night a good value.

This hotel should not be open the rancid smell, the dirty bedding black mold was on the walls everything was just dirty this hotel looked nothing like the pictures so much so i didnt even stay and this hotel even under these circumstances with the desk clerk seeing it for himself did nothing but try to argue about the conditions he said he cleaned the rooms himself stated the conditions it was in the dirty floors trash left behind dirt on the floors was because no one stayed for a while and dust falls it was just dust the showers were dirty I dont recommend anyone staying there if i could give a 0 star review I would I even contacted the supposed property manager with no response

Just okay
The room was clean however I was surprised at the condition of the bathroom. Fixtures were rusted, tiles missing, grout was dirty looking. The amenities were lacking. 1 tiny bar soap to share between the bath and the sink in the room.

The beds were comfortable and that was the best I can say. Cleanliness was adequate. Stayed 3 nights on the 3rd night saw small roach in sink. The bathroom had poor repairs. When we asked for new towels and trash to be removed we were met with a less that pleasant response.

我于2025年10月20日星期一通过Trip.com取消了预订。我取消预订是因为计划不可避免的变化。Trip.com本应取消此预订，但从未取消。今天我发现他们无法联系戴斯酒店，也从未告知我这一问题。现在我发现取消申请已过期，我已支付的款项却没有退款。这真是令人无法接受。我要求退款！
