环境优美干净整洁
太糟糕了……我入住后30分钟就退房了。酒店非常老旧，还有异味。唯一看起来不错的地方就是大堂。因为无法退款，我白白浪费了钱。Sonesta酒店的品质参差不齐，这家是最差的之一。我转而去了I-10西方向的酒店。
这家酒店还没退我押金，都快一个月了，还没处理。

设施干净整洁，一流。员工服务糟糕透顶。我们早上8:40去吃早餐，他们发现咖啡已经喝完了，还粗鲁地告诉我们没了。可惜的是，我们到达的那天晚上，工作人员没有好好珍惜他们的工作，早餐区的那位女士也一样。
我儿子的房间有股烟味，他们没有换，因为那是清洁用品的味道，但实际上那是烟味。
员工很粗鲁，我们想入住的时候根本找不到他们。房间里没有电话。唯一的制冰机在四楼，而且坏了。我的厕纸上沾着头发。只有一部电梯能用。酒店里没有急救箱，至少我丈夫要创可贴的时候他们是这样说的。酒店周围的围栏到处都是空洞和断杆，应该拆掉。感觉很不安全。
这家酒店简直太恶心了，而且完全没有秩序。他们给我的第一个房间里，我还没来得及放下行李，就有两只蟑螂爬来爬去。光是这一点就足以让我怀疑这里的清洁程度。我立即去前台报告了此事，他们把我重新安排到了另一个房间——可我一走进去，却发现里面已经有人在了！我为侵犯那个人的隐私感到很难过，但这就是酒店如此粗心和不专业的错。这里缺乏组织和清洁令人震惊，我永远不会向任何人推荐这个地方。
总的来说，这里不错，价格实惠。早餐清洁人员很粗鲁，他们告诉我们为什么华夫饼机用黄油而不是烹饪喷雾，以及为什么华夫饼做好了却不拿出来。1. 机器没有发出哔哔声 2. 如果我喜欢在华夫饼里涂黄油，那跟她有什么关系？真是个糟糕的早晨。如果她不想工作，就应该待在家里，难怪只有我们几个人来吃早餐，她把他们都赶走了。
