Pool area vents were filthy. Hot tubs were not working. 2 lights in room did not turn on TV remote did not work
Overall a little bit dirty Not the best beds. Would not stay there again

The lobby looked nice and clean but as I got toy floor, I noticed large stains on the carpet outside the elevator and in the hallway.
When I got into my room I noticed a large stain on the red chair and the room looked very old and dated.

I called twice to ask if hot tub and pool were up and running and both people said yes. One hot tub was out of order and the other didn't have working jets. The only ice machine in the building wasn't working. Went to front desk multiple times to let them know pool didn't have towels, but nobody was at the front desk for over 40 minutes. Elevator was broken so had to carry all our luggage down four flights of stairs. Would not stay here again.

Room was clean as always. We've stayed many times and never recall a fee for the stay and fly. This time upon check in was informed it was $15 a day. Do not waste the money here when less than a mile away is EZ Park and for less money your vehicle is actually guaranteed to be safe not park at your own risk.

The light bulb in the mail. Entrance of the room was nearly burnt out. There must have been animals allowed in the room we were in, I think allergies.
