The front desk staff were so super helpful in let us in a little bit early as we got there for the holiday. Rooms were clean, though the sheets had stains in them so it seems like they could probably use more bleach when laundering them.
The only frustrating thing was the metal platform that the bed sit on makes noise pretty much every time you kick it or move on the bed.
Otherwise this is an awesome location, and great one night stay for us.

Check in was quick and easy. The room smelled of smoke so we were immediately given a new room. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean except for the floor. Could hear the people in the room next door. Beds were squeaky. Breakfast could have been better. Showers were great. Would definitely stay again.

Had a late flight into Knoxville on our way to Pigeon Forge. The hotel is minutes from the airport.
