It had been a while since staying at a hotel due to the Pandemic. We were pleased that this hotel had very few changes and no extra charges from the Pandemic. Hotel was in good shape. Good location that was easily accessible on main roadway. Pool was open. Areas around pool was clean. We will stay here again on our next trip to this area of Florida.

设施破旧，房间里有股难闻的霉味。早餐服务员态度很差，我再也不会住这家酒店了。
酒店位置很美，房间也符合我的心意，但我绝对认为我的入住体验本可以更好。
预订前，我打电话确认是否可以早上6点提前入住，对方表示可以，但需要额外付费。我就是基于这个信息通过Trip.com预订的。
早上6点左右到达酒店时，前台接待员Keisha态度极其冷漠，漠不关心。我解释说之前已经提前打电话确认过，但她没有丝毫同情，没有道歉，也没有提供任何帮助。如果早知道是这样，我肯定会选择其他酒店。
直到我开始打电话给其他酒店寻求帮助时，她才终于开始查看是否有空房。最后她弥补了我的遗憾，但经过长途飞行后，这样的体验真的非常令人失望，尤其是这是我第一次入住这家酒店。如果你要赶早班飞机，而且预订信息里没有“提前入住”的选项，那就千万别来这家！
我以后不太可能再来了。
