No, the room was not clean, the water pressure was horrible, and the door lock was inoperative. Very displeased.

I didnt like the fact that there are many people that seem to be living there. Dogs are everywhere which is nice but nobody picks up their crap so cant walk on any of the grass. Rooms were clean but very basic and the noise from the very close road creates a lot of noise in the room from heavy trucks. Very thin walls apparently

Staff doesn’t communicate well. I accidentally switched remotes when I departed. Meaning I left my remote behind and took the hotel remote. When I realized it I called them right away. Offered to send their remote back in hopes of getting mine back. Guy took my number and said the manager (Amy) would call. Haven’t heard anything :(

Most deploriable hotel ever
Well for 200 dollars a night it is a rip off no clean towels avaiable the jacuzzi tub in room little water pressure room unclean hair dryer didnt work got another one it didnt work no maid service no hot water for hours no toilet paper had to get my own no clean towels service was horriable i asked for manager was told wasnt there i asked clerk for a refund was told no manager was avaiable red roof inn should be ashamed and shut down for such horriable conditions advertizing is decitful stating its amenties i should be given a refund outside of hotel in walk ways was flithy too everything was deporiable i demand a refund i wil encourage no one to stay at any red roof inns anywhere

The hotel room was really old, stains on the bedspreads (like a clear oil stain). There was black hair in the shower. Some of the towels were so thin from use they were becoming threadbare. The ironing board cover was SO FILTHY it was almost laughable. I had to put a towel ovee it to keep from getting my white shorts dirty. At 7:30 am, two women were talking so loudly right outside of our room, they woke us up and kept us up (I think it was the housekeeping staff). Lastly, when I called the front desk and ask for a 1 hour later check out, I was told I would be charged an additional $25.00. I declined. At 11 am on the DOT the hotel owner knocked on our door. We were just leaving...NEVER TO RETURN. You would be better off sleeping in your car for free!

There was nothing to like about the property dirty didn't you old staff was very rude no toilet paper when spoken to the staff about it several visitors they were very rude to us telling us that they were very very busy but no one still could toilet paper in the main bathroom unlimited towels in the bedrooms 30 floors dirty bathrooms very noisy extremely noisy with the air conditioner unit the refrigerator extremely noisy

这些人真不好,又贪婪又没同情心。我预订的时候出了个错,不知怎么的竟然订到了我已经住过的日期,结果白白损失了钱。我现在无家可归,只能住在酒店里。我跟他们说明了这个错误,以及他们可以如何解决。他们一开始答应帮忙,后来又反悔了,就是为了多收钱。即使我告诉他们我无家可归,需要那额外的两天,他们还是拒绝帮助我。而且不知怎么的,他们还告诉我,他们“允许”我继续住完剩下的日子,尽管我早就付过钱了。所以基本上,他们暗示说,即使我只是想解决问题,他们也可以惩罚我。
最糟糕的是,我无家可归,又这么拮据,这意味着我最终还是得把钱再给他们。我打电话想解决问题的时候,他们甚至在电话里对我大喊大叫,一直说我打错了酒店,可我明明打的就是预订上留的酒店电话,他们还是冲我吼,然后挂了我的电话。这些人真不是什么好人。
