这次旅行是为了我儿子上大学。他们说一开始很棒。我丈夫终于进城了。他安顿好后,发现了一只臭虫。我去前台反映情况,换了个房间,结果你猜怎么着?又有一只臭虫!!!!我们要求退款,但这些人就是不肯退。说说那些规章制度!!!哪有规章制度说如果一家酒店有臭虫,客人就不值得退款!!!反正房间也不怎么样。无论如何,千万不要住在伊利诺伊州布卢明顿的红屋顶旅馆。
我对公共接待区非常失望。那里又黑又脏,而且我们在那里的时候,卫生间一直处于故障状态。
我们没有收到任何关于早餐时间安排的信息,房间里也没有,附近任何餐厅也没有。我只是在合理的时间去了那里,看看他们提供什么。
早餐是面包和贝果——配有烤面包机、果汁、咖啡、牛奶、青香蕉和一种口味的酸奶。哦,还有两份加糖的麦片。还有人造黄油——不是黄油,还有花生酱、奶油奶酪和两块果冻来搭配面包。
房间里的冰箱甚至在我们打开放饮料的时候都不凉,不过在我改变温度设置后,它确实凉快了。
尽管我的预订是两人份的,但里面只有一人份的毛巾和浴巾。
我之前住过很多家红屋顶酒店,这次我得说非常失望。
糟糕
第三次入住感觉不太好……第一个房间很棒……第二次入住,房间还可以……第三次……我不得不猛推门,关上门后发现门顶没有封好,上面有个洞,像是被门踢进去的,浴缸里有一块很黑的污渍,地板看起来不干净,床罩上也有污渍,我向工作人员投诉,他们的回应非常粗鲁。以后不会再住了。
干净整洁,入住退房都很方便。我们所需的一切都应有尽有……床、电视、淋浴、椅子……路途遥远,需要休息一下时,这里是个绝佳的落脚点,附近还有加油站、餐厅和沃尔玛……强烈推荐。***的价格很划算。
