Floors were sticky Had to keep shoes on entire time I was in the room. Mold on shower ceiling. A/C was noisy and never shut off. Towels were stained. Knobs for sink and shower faucets were missing. Office area was dark and unkempt.

一走进酒店大堂,就能看到墙上的油漆脱落。走进房间,闻起来像清洁用品的味道,又像烟味,说不清是哪一种。电视音量调不上。遥控器很脏。电视很小。在浴室的墙上发现了一条蠹鱼。不过,床是我睡过最舒服的。

我和丈夫为了看一场音乐会在这里住了一晚。酒店外部需要大修,乍一看非常破旧。房间本身还不错,工作人员也很乐于助人。我们住在这里是因为它离美国音乐剧院很近,步行即可到达。
我们根据*******上的信息和图片预订了两间房。里面的房间很干净,但外面的设施却令人不快,确实需要一些细心的呵护。如果能重新粉刷一下,并重新进行景观美化,效果会更好。我觉得床很舒服,但我丈夫和同行的另一对夫妇却不这么认为。空调是窗式的,而且噪音很大。我们房间门上的备用锁不见了。我们猜是坏了。服务性动物(狗)整晚都在叫。为我们办理入住和退房的女士们热情好客,乐于助人。地理位置优越,价格合理。
注意——超额预订,不提供其他选择。
直到我出发前一小时,我才接到电话说他们没有我预订的房间。当我被问及我的第三个人可以睡在哪里时,他们说没有其他选择,也没有折叠床。
这是一个新地方,需要花一天时间进行维护。除了感觉床单有点脏之外,其他都还好。毛巾也脏。不过,如果我再来的话,我会再来,并要求清洁人员清洁。谢谢你们的服务。
