We stayed here 2 nights for the convention. The room seemed fine enough. The first night went off without a hitch. We came back late the 2nd night, and our door wouldn't open. While we were trying to figure it out, the PERSON INSIDE OUR ROOM SAID THEY WERE TRYING TO SLEEP!!! We went downstairs to the night manager and the first thing he tried to tell me was it wasn't our room. After making him verify the paperwork and check our room keys, he admitted there must have been a mistake and we would have to wait until the morning manager arrived. We asked where were our things, and all he would say is they must have been removed when the room was cleaned but was belligerent with us when we said we needed it now for my roommate's HEART MEDICATION!!! We were given a temp room with none of our stuff and waited until morning. In the 10 minutes of waiting for the day manager to arrive, the night manager was belligerent with us again for being frustrated and discussing our options if our items were missing. The day manager was helpful when he arrived. Apparently, the people in our room were insistent that our room was there's. The staff conceded and opened the door for them. Upon entering the room, the staff asked if our items in the room belonged to these newcomers. Thankfully, they said no, so the staff BAGGED IT ALL UP and cleaned the room for them. Some particularly frustrating notes with all of this. Our stuff was within 40 feet of us during the entire time we were arguing with the night manager. What would have happened if the new renters had said, yes that is our stuff? What would have happened if the newcomers had not dead bolted the lock and we just walked in at 2AM in the morning on them sleeping? What if my roommate had had an incident with his heart? We got a full refund, but only 98% of our stuff back. A jug of water and mouthwash were never recovered. No matter how tempting the price tag on this place may look, never ever go here. It is not worth it.

Oct 2022 checked in. Bed bugs around the seams of bed in my room and my sisters room. Beds had huge sink holes. Filthy people standing near rooms believe to be homeless living THERE. AFTER 5 minutes Asked to be refunded NO. DO NOT STAY HERE. FILTHY

This hotel was the worst I've ever been to in my life. 1 the attendant charged me the hotel tax again when I had already paid it in hopper 2 the floor of the room was sticky with something and very dirty. 3 there was coffee cups but no coffee maker 4 no soap 5 the smoke alarm was pull out of the wall only wires we hanging out 6 the rancid smell in the halls and the room smelled like a dirty animal rescue shelter. Bottom line. The experience was the worst in my life for $134 a night not worth or sanitary

Rooms were not cleaned. We booked 3 rooms in total. Rooms smelled like dog, bodily fluids on sheets (clearly sheets were not changed). Urine on toilet seat and hair in floor and roaches. The most important thing I may add is the fact one of my kids found a DRUG PIPE. READ THAT AGAIN... my kid FOUND a crack pipe on this property. It was left out in the open. We literally sat our bags down and we back to the front desk to turn our keys in within 5 mins after arriving to our rooms. Financial- This property changed our cards immediately after we complained and checked out. Our rooms were already paid in full. They had taken a copy of our bank card for, "any accidents may occur or any damage to the rooms."We literally had to call BOOKING and called this hotel several times to get our money back. Worst hotel, ever!

no room sevirce! no working smoke detectors! no handicap bars in shower area! broken shower handle an sink handles. asked for toilet plunger never got one. Had to bring used towels to service desk to get clean ones.

Bugs (yes, bugs!) crawling around in the bathroom and in the tub! Leaky sink faucet that leaked into big puddle on the floor. Never any hot water (no matter when we tried to shower - morning, noon or night). Refrigerator didn't work. Filthy dirty window (couldn't even see enough to look outside). Dirty walls. Dirty linens. No hair dryer. Left very early the next morning; couldn't stand to stay another night there. Cut our losses. Not worth it. Never experienced a hotel experience as bad as this. Took video of crawling bugs, but no option to attach a video file to this review.
