The room was great clean. The staff was good very friendly. The breakfast quality of food could be higher. Didn’t do the airport shuttle. Everything else was great. I would stop there again.

The only issue we had was the refrigerator did not work and there was a cockroach inside. Check in was smooth, staff was very friendly and personable, and when we brought the cockroach issue to their attention, they upgraded us and moved us to a different room without hesitation!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and polite; I felt valued as a guest. The property location was conveniently located but not in a high traffic area. I would definitely consider staying here again, should I be in the area.

This is one of our favorite hotels when staying in the Bloomington/Normal area. It is cost-effective, clean, has updated rooms and the staff is accommodating.

We have an early morning flight, so we were unable to take advantage of breakfast, but there were several great restaurants very close for dinner. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows and fresh towels.
