There was no moisturizer in the room.
Water bottles were not placed in the room, we had to ask for them.

The check-in staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent (we loved the asparagus!!). Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was disappointing that housekeeping didn’t come into our room the 2nd day or offer fresh towels. But other than that our stay was excellent.

Great business/vacation stay
I tagged along with my husband on a business trip, and although the hotel is not normally someplace we would stay on "vacation," it was an enjoyable stay...clean, quiet, kind and helpful staff, easy to get in and out of, plenty of parking, pretty and spread out area of town, nice lake on backside of property that we had a view of, small gym with weights, 1 treadmill, and one eliptical, nice indoor pool area (we did to use) and 3 miles to a Whole Foods.

The toilet didn’t work and reported and they didn’t fix it, the AC unit soaked the carpet next to the bed for 3 days. Left room came back and my door was left cracked open! Won’t stay there again

Big room, comfy beds, good breakfast, fun at the pool. Only complaint is that the trash cans had no plastic bag in them. Would be cleaner with one, considering I have a young child in diapers and I want to make sure I don't leave a mess.

房间需要翻新。尝试预订两张床，但两次入住都无法预订。浴室门卡在马桶上，除非用力关上。走廊很吵。沙发床的床垫太薄。作为凯悦会员，没有得到任何欢迎。无法在酒店预订下次入住，只能在线预订。浴室洗手池位于公共区域，床上的人无法睡觉，因为另一个人无法准备。2017年住过这里，体验同样糟糕。早餐需要更多健康的选择，比如原味酸奶。咖啡难以下咽！前台工作人员态度冷漠，入住时只有一位工作人员亲自办理入住。他们甚至没有询问我是否是凯悦会员，而且作为会员也没有任何积极的反应。以后不会再住这里了！为什么以后也总是订不到两张床呢？

我第一次入住凯悦酒店是在2012年，今天入住却惊讶地发现没有升级。一切都和12年前一样。我对酒店的质量和所花的钱感到非常失望。同样的价格，我可以在其他地方住到很棒的酒店。我不会再住凯悦酒店的任何一家了。
我不喜欢这里。
入住手续办理困难，宠物出问题等等。烟雾报警器响了，我们都得在凌晨 3:30 离开，然后空调在早上 6 点就关了。
床不错，位置也符合我的需求，不过每个人的需求可能不一样。价格就我预订的时候来说还算合理。房间和浴室需要翻新一下。
