The main common areas like the lobby were well kept. The rooms, hallways, gym and pool were rundown. Things were worn, scratched, beaten up and cracked. And the second day Conor water for shower. All of this for a completely overpriced stay. Should have been half the price.

Very loud hotel people was running at 12am in the hallway our room next door tv was extremely loud into 1am we was not able to sleep so at 1am we have to leave the hotel to head home

The room keys did not work when checking in and they did not open entrance. This happened our entire stay which was in convenient!!! The cards were not near credit cards, customer service didn’t investigate to fix issue. The room and balcony were not very clean but acceptable for our short stay. This resort is normally good and this is my first time with complaints.

Absolutely do not stay here!!!
This hotel was horrible! Walked in room smelt musty, no tv on wall and it was filthy. Dirty and grime everywhere. Bathroom was nasty and tub had chips out of it. Went to immediately check out and get a refund and were gave the runaround by ******* and the hotel front desk. Charged twice for deposits Still waiting to hear back!!

Little run down. No coffee in lobby. Restaurant not open all nights because of staffing. Shower in room setup was bad. Water every where. Check in not friendly, not informative and check out someone ordered a pizza and put on my room bill

Our stay was just okay. They do have a lot to offer for kids. However, our room was not very clean and the indoor pool was falling apart. I’m not sure we would stay again.

Very unhappy, the resort definitely needs updated. The air conditioner in my room sounded like a jet engine all night, my wife wanted to have a cup of tea before she went to bed. Could not even get a tea bag off of the staff , she had to wait till morning ,wanted to golf nine holes at the resort could not golf nine holes without paying for 18 holes, spend close to $200 for one night to stay there and you don't even get a complimentary breakfast. Had to pay $30 for breakfast for myself and my wife
