Staff awesome, breakfast great with many options. Location perfect. Only problem was there were Cheetos on the carpet (not from us) less than a half roll of toilet paper with no spare roll and 2 towels in a room for 5 reserved people. Easily remedied with a trip to the front desk.

The room was clean and quiet. We used the refrigerator. The breakfast was very good. The hotel staff was friendly. We would have used the gym and pool but we ran out of time.

The room was exceptionally clean. The amenities:ironing broad and iron; there were cups for hot and cold water; coffee maker and coffee pods; the furniture was in good condition; everything properly positioned. The bed and pillows were comfortable. For a while all was quiet, until the air conditioner/heater unit after running several minutes began sounding like small jet engine.
My life experiences with loud sounds at bed time includes living in large cites. Where the screaming of neighbors voices, police car sirens, etc, are common place.
In the military sleeping while real jet engines were running in close hearing range difficult to sleep yes but I manage to fall asleep.
However this "jet engine" sound continued to climb reaching a high pitch I could not ignore. I had to turn it off. The unit did heat the room. The sound resembles air going though a leak in a hose or a loose hose. The unit seems to operate better at a low temperature setting.
So 4 stars not 5 stars.

This is our favorite hotel to stay at whenever we are up in Lancaster for family trips. The rooms are huge and usually clean and comfortable. The breakfast is the same every time we come but we can't complain because my kids love the mini waffles. It would be nice to see more than sausage and scrambled eggs, but again, not a deal-breaker. The staff are always pleasant from check in to check out. We will continue to book this hotel for our future visits.
