天啊……从何说起呢。员工看起来手忙脚乱，压力很大。就酒店所在区域和所提供的设施而言，房间价格高得离谱。酒吧/餐厅关闭了，楼层没有制冰机，电梯状况很差（又脏，门上有划痕），公共区域和楼梯间似乎很久没打扫了，整个酒店都弥漫着一股霉味，房卡第一晚过后就失效了，房间里的电视挂歪了，地板有松动和翘起，洗漱用品是小样，毛巾也只提供了最基本的数量，还有一个便携式辅助空调没有 properly vented out the window and just dangled，一切都显得非常随意和荒凉。除了整体上的疏于维护和失修，我们浴室在我们入住前也没有打扫干净，我们不得不自己用湿巾擦马桶座圈，清理水槽里的头发。床很舒服，但考虑到每晚将近250美元的价格，我期待的远不止这些。我很抱歉留下这篇评论，但这看起来新主人似乎有点力不从心了。

Beautiful hotel. The staff were excellent, room was very clean and spacious with nice decor and high ceilings. The bathroom was huge with a big walk in shower. Bed was very comfortable with nice linens.

Was welcomed right when we got there. The room was spectacular! Large, clean, bed was super comfortable, bathroom was nice. We liked it so much, we stayed there again on our way back home and scheduled a weekend at Christmas. Who wouldn't want to spend Christmas in Bedford Falls, I mean Seneca Falls!!!

The place was spotless, extremely courteous staff. Only disappointment was the restaurant and bar located in the hotel were closed. Luckily there were other restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay again if in that area!

There was no refrigerator or microwave. There was no ice machine, but we did have an ice bucket. The hotel restaurant was not operating and the continental breakfast was a joke.

第二天晚上没打扫房间。早餐简直是个笑话。退房的时候前台没人，只好把房卡放在柜台上的一个盒子里。
整体很棒，但也有美中不足之处。
浴室可以做得更好。没有挂衣服的挂钩，也没有放化妆品的置物台。地板很冷。淋浴间的地板不防滑，也没有扶手。淋浴的水量调节器位置不合理，每次打开都会先喷到胳膊上的冷水。
