Waited 30 minutes while they tried to find someone to check me in, one staff person who appeared to be in maintenance was extremely helpful. One person sat in the manager office the entire time they were running thru the building looking for the desk staff person. Room had zero toiletries - not even soap to wash your hands (had to use my body wash). That made me uneasy about their standards.

When the front desk staff is unavailable, a sign is left at the desk with instructions to call them so they can return promptly or arrange for assistance. I'm glad the maintenance team reached out to the sales manager from the conference center to help with your check-in. It seems the accountant, who was in the manager's office, does not work for the hotel and is unable to assist with checking in guests or locating staff members. Bed was very comfortable. Room wasn't set up very well for handicapped....not enough space.
Not clean in some areas. Nice and helpful staff. Restaurant was also very good! Breakfast was fair but not great.

Stayed 3 days. Tv never worked despite telling staff at the front desk about it 3 times. First guy at front desk was more interested in socializing with friend?Shower water pressure was weak.

The front desk team is now trained to handle cable issues and to politely excuse themselves when assisting long-term guests to help the next person. We understand that other guests may not always realize the person being addressed is also a paying customer. Currently, several guests have been staying with us since June for a company project. Our GM has been making changes to the breakfast menu. We typically use china plates and real silverware, except on sold-out days when we switch to paper plates and plastic utensils to keep up with demand. If you had requested a real plate, we would have gladly provided one. On sold-out days, our focus is on maintaining food availability vs being able to keep up on the food and dishes/utensils, plus the front desk. Our breakfast attendant is on a short-term medical leave, and the front desk is having to manage both the breakfast and front desk until she returns. Nice hotel
Hotel was nice & very clean but the beds are very uncomfortable, mattress were soooo soft. Thats my only complaint.

It’s starting to show its age. I had to find the phone cable and plug it in so I could call the front desk to get the wi-fi password. Room was clean, breakfast buffet was good!
