我们对戴斯酒店的期望过高。酒店没有电梯,所以两个老太太要搬着行李箱爬两层楼梯简直是挑战。马桶座坏了,会滑动。浴室的地板很脏。浴室的门底部快要裂开了。床单太短,我们不得不把整张床都撕开才能把床单拿出来。床本身还不错。
感觉很恶心,马桶、水槽和地板上都有几只虫子。地板和淋浴间都不干净。窗帘也坏了,也不太好。评估了房间的清洁度后,我感觉不舒服。工作人员的早餐和停车问题其实不大,问题更多在于房间本身。
房间很脏。床垫硬得像石头。房间里弥漫着一股老人古龙水的味道。踢脚线需要好好吸尘和清洁一下。浴室非常老旧,没有门。淋浴间底部溅了一大块密封胶,我猜是用来补漏的。空调能用,但噪音很大。如果不是我刚开了14个小时的车,而且当时不是筋疲力尽,我真想要求退款,再找个地方住,但我实在太累了。
走廊和地毯都很脏,摸起来很潮湿。看得出来,这家酒店主要接待的是修路的建筑工人。我并没有对他们有什么意见,只是这家酒店确实有些年头了。
太糟糕了。房间里弥漫着一股烟味,电视机直到前台来修好线才开机,卫生间又小,整个房间都很脏,还有一间房间一直播放着吵闹的音乐,直到凌晨4点。我绝对不会再住这家酒店了。
电视机坏了,画面只有雪花。他们说五分钟后就到。大约一个小时后他们才来。电视机必须重新设置。屏幕上仍然有很多跳动。大约一个小时后他们终于来了,我让他们走开。
房间有点脏,空调也坏了。我打电话给前台,他们说只能用风扇,不然风扇会停。我们热得要命。地板脏得像没拖过似的,马桶也需要刷一下。其他都还好。
床单很脏,房间也不干净,而且气味难闻。空调也坏了。我们要求工作人员换床单,他们很友好,也很乐于助人。
