Room was a bit rough even for a motel 6. People talking and outside the room all hours of the night. Hard to sleep it was so loud. The door to the room was warped and did not shut all the way at. A lot of creepy people around. Made sure to park by lights and a camera as it’s pretty sketchy! Front desk guy was nice. Would not stay again.

The room was dirty . When I woke up there were ants on the floor and the place was just gross. The manager has a bad attitude.
I'm just curious whatever happened to customer service, it's a shame how bad customer service has gotten!!!
I will say this the next two nights we decided to go to Motel 6 in Greenwood village and it was a 100% better the customer service was terrific and the rooms were definitely cleaner.

The door was broken and the room was very loud you could hear the cars on the highway all night. Also I’m not safe area. Would not stay here again.

我们晚上10点多才到。前台那位女士说没有我们的房间了，让我们去别的地方住，然后说会把这件事记录下来，让我们找Trip.com退款。我简直不敢相信，我们都到酒店了，却被告知已确认的预订无效。如果Motel 6超售了，并且选择不接待我们，那也应该提早通过Trip.com通知我们一声才对。
旅馆员工很友善，如果开车的话，位置也挺方便的。
房间的清洁度一般，而且没有吹风机和冰箱，这点需要注意一下。

浴缸有污漬，沒有風筒供應及無打掃房間服務。職員都好有禮貌，車位充足泊車方便，而隔離就有餐廳及便利店。
